"I have been using the FaceMaster for 2 weeks everyday religiously and using Suzanne's face wash, toner and night repair cream. Today my daughter told me that my face looks "thinner" and she doesn't even know that I am doing the FaceMaster. I wanted to get unbiased opinions. My husband has told me the same thing, so I think that the FaceMaster is toning my muscles in my face that were before drooping. Thank you Suzanne, I am sold! I love your products and I am going to try a pair of your jeans next. I watched you and you said that once you wear your jeans you will never wear anyone elses, so I am game, next is a pair of your jeans! Love you Suzanne!!!"

"Wow! I have been using this for two weeks and can already see a big difference. Deep set lines on the top of my nose/forehead, that I thought I would never get rid of are better by 50%! "I ordered a device similar to this one (except has 2 prongs) from another shopping chanel. Used it for 3 weeks with no change and a messy disgusting gel. Had almost give up on these so called devices. Watched the most recent visit with Suzanne and decided what the heck. Shop NBC has a great return policy if I'm not pleased. This jewel will not be going back at all!!!!! I have used the facemaster 3 times and today I had 2 people at work ask me what was different, makeup? They just couldn't put a finger on it, but thought I looked great!!! I am 44, thin and have somewhat of a gaunt look to my face. Underneath my eye's is unbelievable. I no longer look like death warmed over. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine. THANK YOU Suzanne and Shop NBC for this product and the easy pay. As soon as this one is paid off, I'm ordering another as backup. Never want to be without one!"

"Received my Facemaster, could not play the DVD (tried three different players) finally viewed a friend's copy of her DVD (excellent instructions) and I love the finger wands, but with long nails and skinny fingers they do not fit and are VERY awkward to use.Just started using the feather mode for about a week now and there is a slight improvement in my droopy eyes and the forehead wrinkles and infamous "11"s are most noticeable change.While I am not really old (52) nor wrinkled, just pumping up the facial muscles to keep gravity at bay is worth it!!! By the way, package arrived with a dead battery so it was quite a while until I could actually USE the product, otherwise would have given it a 5 star rating."

"I bought the Facemaster because at 51, I had the usual signs of age -- wrinkling around the eyes, the "11" between the eyes, lines from my nose to my mouth, hollows under the eyes, and most noticeably, my eyelids were drooping. Rather skeptically, I used the Facemaster on one side of my face for about a week, and really saw a change compared to the other side. Especially under my eyes -- the hollows are filling out and the fine lines have virtually disappeared! I have started using it on the other side of my face and am really surprised at how the pulse is much stronger on this side. As Suzanne explains, as the muscles get stronger, the current will not be as distinct. I think the product is definitely worth the investment!"

Better Than Laser Skin Tightening!!,

"I bought a Facemaster back when Suzanne was on "the other channel :-), and liked it then but I was in my 40's and the results were less dramatic. Somehow I got away from using it, and when I got into my mid-fifties my face really started to sag. I spent about $5000 on laser skin tightening the last couple of years with very modest results. I was thrilled to see Suzanne on Shop NBC and decided to give the new Facemaster a try. The Facemaster gives me amazing results much better than I got from laser skin tightening, but at thousands of $$ less. THANK YOU, SUZANNE ! YOU & YOUR PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING!"

"I did not really like this. The finger wands did not work & I was worried the wiring is not very sturdy to change wands & plug them in often. It shocked and tingled my face and is kind of novel. I cannot see using this product 20 minutes a day. I am not sure if it really works?"

"I have had the previous versions of the facemaster before and used it just a little. This time, I got the new Facemaster Platinum and am making a commitment to myself to USE IT REGULARLY. I am having wonderful results in the area of the jowls (almost have disappeared), cheeks (becoming more lifted and prominent), forehead/temples (lifted, less lined). The areas most imrpoved by the FMP are around my eyes and my mouth. My eyes are more open, less hooded and more young looking. My "pout" is more "plump". I like the way both my eye make up and my lipstick go better after using Facemaster regularly. I will not be without it now - love the Platinum version - wish I had started this earlier! Love You Suzanne!!"

"First off; since the product operates on the premise that it's a facial work out, you have to do it regularly! Secondly if you use it as described it will deliver. I am 43 with light wrinkles but was starting to notice sagging and loss of that youthful elasticity, along with darker circles under my eyes. All of that is improving all of my skin is visibly firmer and it feels tighter under my touch when I'm cleansing or applying moisturizer. I'm showing overall improvement more than expected. Like working out I am more than willing to schedule my personal time to continue using this product. Many thanks."

"Sorry Suzanne, but I was disappointed with the facemaster. There was no visible impovement in my appearance. I followed the video and used it every day. I really wanted to love the facemaster. I wanted to purchase it when Suzanne showed it on another shopping network but it was too exspensive. When I saw her on ShopNBC and it was on value pay I ordered it right away. I really don't like the feeling of the electrodes and it takes too long to finish . I sent it back."

Look like my "old" self,

"I am truly thrilled with the face master, it does just exactly what Suzanne says, it firms, tightens and I look like my old self. My face was falling, at 58 I was thinking of getting a face lift. I watched Suzanne demonstrate the face master and ordered it, really not expecting the results I have seen. After a few days I started to look like my old self, my face feels firmer, tighter, my eyes, the lines around my mouth, my cheeks all look like they did 10 years ago. I know with continued use this will only get better.
